Every thought we think, every desire we hold, every feeling that passes through us takes form — it becomes a living elemental, and in time it shapes the person we become: our character, our health, the way we meet one another, the course of our life. To learn of the Elementals is to begin to see how we are always creating, and gently to take up the responsibility of creating well.
Over four evenings we study these lessons of Daskalos as a whole — what an elemental is, how our personality is built of them, how we may work with them, and their place in healing and in the Light Body. Each evening joins teaching with a guided exercise, so that what is spoken may also be felt. Whether this work is long familiar to you or entirely new, you are welcome; nothing is asked but the wish to understand.
