We’re happy to inform you that we’ve resumed shipping physical products to the United States. You can once again place orders for delivery to the USA through our website as usual.
We warmly thank our American friends for their patience when our carriers couldn’t accept parcels for the United States, and we are glad our books and other materials can now reach you again.
A few practical notes for orders delivered to the United States
Our prices and shipping charges cover the goods themselves and their carriage from Cyprus. They do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage or handling charges, or any other fees that may be applied when a parcel enters the United States.
These charges are determined by the relevant United States authorities and/or the carrier, and not by ATTESHLI PUBLICATIONS LTD. As we cannot know their amount in advance, we are unable to pay or reimburse them. Any such charges are the responsibility of the recipient and will normally need to be paid directly to the carrier before delivery.
Customs duties and import charges are not, in themselves, grounds for returning an order. If a parcel is refused, or if these charges remain unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, we will gladly refund the price of the goods, provided they reach us in resaleable condition, less the original shipping costs, return shipping costs, and any additional charges imposed by the carrier.
If the goods are not returned to us, or are disposed of by the carrier or the customs authorities, we are unfortunately unable to issue a refund.
Nothing in this notice affects any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
